1. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of enrollment. After 3 days, no refunds will be processed.
2. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Registration fees and any promotional discounts applied are non-refundable. Only the base membership amount is eligible for refund.
4. Cancellation
Members may cancel their membership at any time. However, no partial refunds will be issued for unused days of the current billing period.
